Quiethouse Diversity Editing

I'm so pleased to announce that I am partnering with Quiethouse Editing to join their pool of diversity editors, sometimes known as sensitivity readers. I've been able to use the difficult experiences in my life to help authors write more authentic scenes and characters for about two years now, and I love this kind of book work. A diversity editor helps bring your book to life in ways you might not even consider, and can make your story more accessible and appealing to certain people. It's a great option for any author who writes about experiences outside their own.

For more information, check Quiethouse Editing's diversity reader page.

The original Write in the Margins database of sensitivity readers is now maintained at Writing the Other. Both are excellent resources.
